On 1 June 2018, Rein van Helden will speak at the session "A look at intercreditor agreements – from the negotiating table to enforcement" and Barbara Bier will speak on the session “Returning cash to shareholders”.

The IBA International Financial Law Conference will be held in The Hilton in Amsterdam, and is co-presented by the IBA Banking Law Committee and IBA Securities Law Committee. Rein van Helden is also Co-Chair of the Local Host Committee. Stibbe is also the headline social event sponsor of this conference.

Entry into force of the RBE Regulation and update
