The University of Luxembourg’s Interdisciplinary Centre for Security, Reliability and Trust (SnT) and the Faculty of Law, Economics and Finance (FDEF) in cooperation with the law-firm Stibbe organise five roundtable debates dedicated to IT governance and the GDPR.

In our third session on 7 February, titled "Help me, I've been hacked - incident management and GDPR governance", we will focus on what GDPR requires in terms of IT security and how you should deal with data breaches.

Consultatiereactie 'Wet plan van aanpak witwassen'

Short Reads - Soeradj Ramsanjhal, Karlijn van den Heuvel, Djoe Kuils, Rogier Raas, Judica Krikke en Muriël Rosing hebben een reactie ingediend op het concept wetsvoorstel ‘Wet plan van aanpak witwassen’. Dit wetsvoorstel is 2 december 2019 in consultatie gegaan en bevat verschillende voorgestelde wijzigingen van de Wet ter voorkoming van witwassen en financieren van terrorisme en de Wet op de economische delicten.
