Erik Valgaeren is co-moderator of a session 'Cracking the glass ceiling' during IBA's 8th World Women Lawyers' Conference in London.

The conference title is 'From courtroom to boardroom: the impact of women' and discusses the role of women in leadership positions, women on boards, women in the courtroom etc.

The session moderated by Erik discusses the impact of social media and branding, building strategic relationships, conflict management, navigating law firm politics and mentoring/sponsorship.
