Stibbe's New York office provides legal advice in the United States on matters of Dutch corporate and tax law and Dutch Caribbean law. Our New York office opened in 1984.
Our New York team consists of five Dutch attorneys: two corporate attorneys, a candidate civil-law notary, and two tax attorneys.
Our clients include public and private companies, financial institutions, investment banks, and private equity firms doing business in the Netherlands or the Dutch Caribbean. We work closely together, often in the same time zone (EST), with our US clients and their US counsel on multi-jurisdictional matters.
