We have acted for the Regionaal Orgaan Amsterdam regarding the provision of concessions for the region Amsterdam (to GVB), Zaanstreek, Waterland and Amstelland/ Meerlanden concession.

We have also advised the Dutch Government and Translink CV on public procurement proceedings for a contact/wireless chip card payment/ticketing system for all modes of public transport in the Netherlands.

We work internationally with our alliance partners, Herbert Smith in the UK and Gleiss Lutz in Germany. This alliance proved its value when Gleiss Lutz assisted us in advising Deutsche Bahn on the acquisition of Novio, a public transport provider in the Nijmegen region.
