Stibbe advises the Province of Flevoland on the withdrawal of European subsidies

Stibbe advises the Province of Flevoland at the Judicial Division of the Council of State (Afdeling bestuursrechtspraak van de Raad van State) on the withdrawal of European subsidies due to not on time executed subsidisable activities. The Council of State denied third parties a claim of almost 5 million Euro.
