Acquisition of Landal GreenParks

Cendant Corporation, one of the leading service providers of travel and recreational property, has acquired Landal GreenParks. Starting immediately Cendant has taken over 100% of the Landal GreenParks stock off Charterhouse Capital (UK) and the Rotterdam Indofin Group. Cendant quoted at the New York Stock Exchange and is, among other things, known in Europe as the owner of brandnames such as Ramada, Days Inn, AVIS and Budget and the bookingsystem Galileo. Stibbe advised the buyer (Cendant) in this US $150 million deal.
