Stibbe advises Ballast Nedam and DG Infra Yield in connection with the establishment of the "Benelux Secondary PPP Fund I"

Stibbe acts as project counsel  in connection with the establishment of the "Benelux Secondary PPP Fund I" by Ballast Nedam and DG Infra Yield. The Fund has acquired three operational PPP projects in the Netherlands, developed by Ballast Nedam. The projects have a total value of around € 700 million and the contracts will run for 20 to 25 years. The establishment of the "Benelux Secondary PPP Fund I" is the first transaction in the Netherland whereby pension funds actually invest in Dutch PPP. It also concerns the first secondary market fund transaction in the Netherlands.
