Hans specialises in corporate law, financial accounting and reporting law and auditors' liability. His work also includes expert opinions and second opinions on financial accounting and reporting issues, arbitration and disputes about balance guarantees, financial statements and directors' and auditors' liability. Furthermore he is a professor in financial accounting and reporting law at the University of Groningen.
