Robert Samkalden

Robert’s practice covers the full range of administrative law, with a focus on planning law, PPP/PFI and general regulatory matters.

His practice includes:
- advising and litigating on behalf of companies involving planning and environmental issues in large development projects;
- consulting governmental bodies and public authorities on internal en external legal issues;
- advising and drafting contract for urban regeneration projects.
Robert is the author of various articles on public law.

Robert is a member of a pool of experts, counselling the Dutch Department for Housing, Planning and Environment on the legal elaboration of the memorandum of understanding, concluded between the latter and the Department of Public Works of the Republic of Indonesia. He also conducted a study into the regulation of construction and urban development in Indonesia.
