Marius specialises in M&A, corporate restructurings and demergers. His work includes advising on public and private offerings, assisting both listed and privately-owned companies with acquisitions and disposals and litigation, especially before the Enterprise Chamber of the Amsterdam Court of Appeal.

Marius is the Chairman of the Joint Committee on Corporate Law and a member of the Expert Committee on Partnerships of the Dutch Bar Association and the Royal Association of Dutch Civil Law Notaries; he is also a member of the Advisory Committee of the Autoriteit Financiële markten (the Dutch Regulator of Financial Markets) on Financial Reporting.
