Marius specialises in mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings and demergers. His work includes advising on public and private offerings, assisting both listed and privately-owned companies with acquisitions and disposals and litigation, especially before the Enterprise Chamber of the Amsterdam Court of Appeal.

Marius is a member of the Joint Committee on Corporate Law and a member of the Expert Committee on Partnerships of the Dutch Bar Association and the Royal Association of Dutch Civil Law Notaries; he is also a member of the Advisory Committee of the Autoriteit Financiële markten (the Dutch Regulator of Financial Markets) on Financial Reporting.
