Daan specialises in corporate and white collar crime. His work includes compliance with securities, financial, tax and environmental legislation, and representation and assistance for companies facing criminal investigations or prosecutions. Daan is a professor at the Business and Law Research Centre of the Radboud University Nijmegen, holding an endowed chair in Corporate Criminal law.
