Paul Vestering

Paul specialises in employment law, pension law and works council matters. His work is both contentious and non-contentious and includes individual and collective redundancies, executive compensation and terminations, domestic and transnational works council issues. Paul also deals with the employment aspects of corporate restructuring, including outsourcing, insourcing, business transfers, takeovers and mergers and acquisitions. Paul is a Certified Pension Lawyer and advises employers and pension funds.
