Previously focused on Luxembourg domestic tax in the context of M&A, acquisition of IP rights, corporate reorganizations, securitization, and migrations, Yacine also advises international private equity houses and multinational companies on tax cross-border transactions and reorganizations.

Yacine gives advice, on a regular basis, on wealth management structures to private clients such as families, entrepreneurs, top executives, artists and athletes.

Yacine’s knowledge of and experience in Africa-investment matters allows him to advise investment firms and companies that are focusing on that continent.

He has an LL.M in Business Law (Juriste d’entreprise) from the Corporate Law Institute of the University of Evry (France) and speaks regularly at seminars on Luxembourg tax aspects.
