Toni van Hees

Toni creates close working relationships with clients, providing pragmatic solutions across on all legal matters.

His specialist areas include property law and civil procedure, in particular his expertise covers financing, liability and insolvency. He advises on financing constructions and securities, recovery law, including the enforcement of securities and on restructuring and insolvency. Toni also acts as receiver and administrator.

Toni acts as a deputy judge in the Court of Appeal Arnhem-Leeuwarden, Netherlands.

Toni’s knowledge in his specialist areas is both practical and academic, as he holds a Doctor of Law from Nijmegen University, publishes articles and regularly teaches.
