Thomas is a member of the Employment, Benefits and Pensions practice and advises both national and international companies on all aspects of collective and individual employment law.

His work involves a broad range of complex collective and individual employment law matters, including collective dismissals and equal treatment cases.

Thomas is also part of Stibbe’s NOW team and is experienced in litigating and advising on COVID-19 state aid measures.

He received his master’s degree with honours in Employment Law from the University of Amsterdam in 2019 and is a member of the Dutch Association of Young Employment Lawyers (Vereniging Jonge Arbeidsrecht Advocaten)
