Simone focuses on complex intellectual property matters, offering pragmatic advice, assistance with drafting and negotiating contracts, and litigation.

Her broad range of expertise includes intellectual property rights (patents, trademarks, copyright, designs, and domain names), know-how protection, technology transfer, and media law.

Simone has a Master of Laws (LL.M) in intellectual property law from University College London (UCL) (2008).

In addition, she is a member of the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property and of the German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property.
