Sarah-Nada Arfa is a member of our Luxembourg Corporate and Finance practice group.
She assists clients in transactional business law and company law issues, with a special focus on complex cross-border transactions, mergers and acquisitions, reorganisations, restructurings, and joint ventures. She also advises on a wide range of international financial transactions.
Before joining Stibbe in 2013, Sarah-Nada worked as an in-house lawyer at a life insurance company and as a junior adviser at the corporate and investment funds department of a Luxembourg independent law firm. She also gained experience as a lawyer at the corporate department of the Luxembourg office of an international law firm.
Sarah-Nada holds an English law and French law LLB from King’s College London and Sorbonne Paris 1 (2006). She also has an LL.M in European commercial law from the College of Europe (2007).
From April 2009 until March 2011, Sarah-Nada was an academic researcher at the Centre of European Law of King’s College London.
