Olivier dal Farra specialises in corporate tax and international tax planning. He has specific expertise in tax disputes and tax fraud cases. Olivier works for a broad range of clients including financial institutions, private equity firms, and wealth management structures.
Before joining the Luxembourg office of Stibbe in 2017, Olivier worked as senior tax manager at the Luxembourg offices of a Big Four accounting firm. He also acquired experience at several international law firms in Paris and Luxembourg, as well as the European Court of Justice in Luxembourg.
Olivier obtained an LL.M in international and European Business Law from Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge (2007). He graduated in Professional Business and Tax Law (DJCE) from the University of Nancy (2008). Furthermore, Olivier was presented with two certificates (A Cycle and B Cycle) in Luxembourg taxation, which were issued by the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce.
Olivier is a regular guest speaker at conferences and seminars relating to his fields of expertise. He was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2010 and to the Luxembourg Bar in 2012.
