Mathieu Thomas

Mathieu Thomas specialises in public law and administrative law in general.

Mathieu focuses on public procurement, public service concessions, and public-private partnerships. Furthermore, he concentrates on litigation regarding administrative and constitutional law matters. He drafts legislative and regulatory texts regularly.

Mathieu graduated in law from the University of Liège (ULg) in 2010. He obtained an LL.M in tax law from the HEC Management School of the University of Liège (2013).

From October 2010 until September 2011, Mathieu worked at the Bar of Liège. He joined the Brussels office of Stibbe in 2011.
