Erwin is primarily active in administrative law with a focus on environmental law and planning, energy and regulatory.
Combining his practical and academic expertise he represents the public sector together with business & industry, in negotiations and in the Dutch courts. In addition, he has a broad range of experience in advising aforementioned parties on projects in spatial planning, permitting, environmental impact assessment and contractual issues.
Erwin has a master in Constitutional and Administrative Law from Leiden University (2008). He also attended the Stibbe MBA Highlights Programme at INSEAD (2013) and obtained his post degree specialist education in planning and environment, cum laude, from Grotius Academy (2015-2016).
