Delphine Danhoui is a senior associate in our tax team and has extensive experience in corporate tax and international tax planning.
Delphine advises international clients, mainly private equity firms and multinational companies, on Luxembourg and international taxation in the context of cross-border transactions and reorganisations (e.g., mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations, and migrations). She also assists private clients in wealth tax planning and estate structuring.
Before joining the Luxembourg office of Stibbe in 2014, Delphine worked as a tax lawyer for three years and was also a senior advisor at the International Tax Structuring and Wealth Management department at the Luxembourg offices of a Big Four accounting firm.
Delphine obtained a law degree from the University of Montpellier (2002) and finished a complementary course in tax law, business law, and management at the Paris School of Business (2003). Furthermore, she was presented with two certificates (A Cycle and B Cycle) in taxation, which were issued by the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce.
Delphine was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2007 and to the Luxembourg Bar in 2008.
