Stibbe has advised Granite in relation to the acquisition of two warehouses of over 32,000m2 in Nijmegen.

The seller was VDG Real Estate. The two neighbouring properties are located in the port and industrial zone in Nijmegen, an area of 130 hectares with an excellent multimodal infrastructure. The warehouses have been leased long-term to De Klok Logistics, which specialises in logistics solutions such as supply chain, fulfillment, and warehousing and domestic transport.
