Insolvency procedures can occur at any time, and involve both risks and opportunities for the parties involved. In this webinar the main aspects of insolvency proceedings and their impact on intellectual property rights will be highlighted.

Speakers are Stibbe's IP partners Ignace Vernimme and Philippe Campolini, and Pieter Wouters, counsel in our litigation, dispute resolution, insolvency and restructuring team. Annemie Jaeken (European, Dutch and Belgian patent attorney) and Annemie Swinnen (European patent attorney) of patent office V.O. also hold speaking slots.
