Stibbe hosts NGB Masterclass about administrative supervision
Administrative supervisors and enforcement authorities
At some point, companies will be confronted with administrative supervisors and enforcement authorities such as the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets or the Human Environment and Transport Inspectorate. In these circumstances, what should companies do? What is the legal position of the company? What do the authorities expect from companies? How can companies maintain a working relationship with the supervisors? During the Masterclass, the four lawyers from Stibbe will answer such questions and provide tips and tricks to prevent problems with the authorities and on what to do when something goes wrong and the authority decides to take action. The Masterclass will end with an interactive case study in which all topics are brought together.
