On 6 June 2017, Allard Metzelaar will speak at the 16th Annual International Mergers and Acquisitions Conference presented by the IBA Corporate and M&A Law Committee and supported by the IBA North American Regional Forum.

This leading conference will once again bring together practitioners from around the globe to discuss the latest developments and hot topics in international M&A law. On behalf of  the "Cross-border M&A" panel Allard Metzelaar will speak about globalisation, nationalism and other trends.
