Having the right items and proper wording in your IT contracts is key. Topics like term and termination, IP and your rights of use, liability, acceptance are just a few that you really want to have properly covered.

This session is dedicated to acceptance and warranty in IT contracting. We will demystify the concepts and point out the basic rules. Using practical examples and concrete contract clauses, we will pass on some best practices to improve contract wording.

The roundtable will take place at our offices on Friday, 17 February 2017.
