Belgium is on the verge of enacting a new banking legislation. This new act of Parliament has become a voluminous text that only few people have studied in-depth and still raises many questions.

Stibbe will organise a seminar on Thursday, 15 May 2014, during which our lawyers, external finance specialists and academics will discuss certain key areas on which the new legislation will have a material impact. The seminar will provide the opportunity for an interactive debate.

This seminar will be held in Dutch and French. Participants are welcome to use their preferred language.
