Securities concerning movable goods, a revolution

Securities concerning movable goods, a revolution

05.10.2012 BE law

On 5 October 2012, our Corporate & Finance and Litigation & Arbitration - General Commercial departments jointly organised the seminar, “Securities concerning movable goods, a revolution”.

We also relied on the knowledge and expertise of Professors Eric Dirix and Harry Sigman who commented on the new bill, based on their experience.

Due to the popularity of the seminar (where the number of registrations exceed the capacity allowed), this seminar was converted into a “webinar”. You can thus watch it via this link.

This seminar was held in French, English, and Dutch.

Title in Dutch - Zakelijke zekerheden op roerende goederen, een revolutie?
Title in French - Les sûretés réelles mobilières, une révolution ?
