Job description

Across the Benelux, our full-service banking & finance practice provides pragmatic and effective advice on some of the most challenging, high-profile cases. As a member of our banking & finance team in Luxembourg, you will work in a wide-range of legal areas, including acquisition and real estate finance (acting both for lenders and borrowers), regulatory matters, structured finance and securitization, and capital markets. You will:

  • work with many different people on very diversified and high-level cases and transactions. You will handle these files and projects from A to Z;
  • assist different clients on large, national, and international projects with fellow associates and partners from our various practice areas;
  • manage these transactions with the help of a more senior associate or partner, depending on experience.

The ideal candidate

You have a European law degree, ideally completed by a Master or a post-graduate degree from an Anglo-Saxon university (LL.M.). You have a relevant legal experience of 2 to 5 years in the banking & finance area, preferably in a Luxembourg law firm. You are member of a European bar and are fluent in French and English (both written and spoken). German would be a plus. You are focused on client relationship and high-quality advice and have excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit.
